Spiraling? It’s time for a massage

Spiraling? It’s time for a massage ꩜

we specialize in bringing you back to center

We don’t see spiraling as negative; we see it as life’s way of guiding us back into center. We specialize in both ancient and modern bodywork techniques such as massage therapy, stretch therapy, cupping, scraping, guasha, reflexology, as well as a wide variety of somatic practices and exercises.

At the Enclave, we honor the spiral. In nature, the spiral is not a collapse but a call forward — a rhythm of return that carries us upward and inward at once. Our work with the body and nervous system draws from this sacred design. Seashells, waves, storms, and even galaxies share the same infinite pattern that echoes within our own bodies. Like the spiral, every return brings new depth and insight. Through our hands-on therapies and somatic practices, we help you re-align with that natural rhythm — releasing tension, restoring balance, remembering the harmony between your body, your breath, and the present. To find your center.

Here, healing is not linear. It is cyclical, transformative, and endlessly evolving. Each session with us is a continuation of your unfolding. Our work helps you come home to yourself — body, mind, and spirit — where balance and clarity can meet. The spiral is a sacred path of evolution. We hold space for release, renewal, and becoming — guiding you through cycles of change with presence and care. The spiral has no end and always leads back to center. We believe you are infinitely evolving, always learning, creating, and transforming. Our practice exists to support that journey. Come see us, and the ocean — you’re in good hands!

Testimonials

  • I’ve been seeing Sydney for the last two years. As a heart surgeon, it is very important that I take good care of my body in order to maintain peak performance in the operating system room. Sydney stood out to me because she incorporates physical therapy techniques with the body work. I recommend her without reservation.

  • Sydney is the best massage therapist I've been to. As a doctor I have a lot of neck and back pain related to poor posture during surgery. Sydney has helped me loosen my muscle, relived my back aches and helped me strengthen my muscles. I am most impressed by her knowledge of anatomy and her immense passion for her work. 10/10 best therapist there is :)

  • I first met Sydney at my Chiropractor's office. I had a wonderful and healing experience. I have become a regular of hers. Sydney is intuitive, has a comforting energy about her, has an amazing technique, and she listens to your body and your words, and responds with a kind voice and a healing touch. In one of my earliest sessions with Sydney, I walked and couldn't even stand up straight due to a chronic low back issue. Afterwards, as I was walking to my car, I suddenly realized that I was pain free and walking normally. I sat in my car for few minutes, feeling so gratefull for her as a person, massage therapist and a healer. There is simply no reason for me to even consider trying out another therapist. Sydney meets every criteria that I look for. Enjoy your visit.

  • As a regular customer, I always have the most amazing massage with Sydney, and let me tell you, it’s like hitting the relaxation jackpot! I’m active and athletic (jujitsu, kickboxing, pickleball). Not only does she have this magical touch that finds all my sore spots and banishes them into oblivion, but her bedside manner is off the charts - It feels like I am chatting with a long-lost friend! Plus, she's got this incredible knack for knowing exactly what my body needs. Seriously, if you're in need of some serious R&R, do yourself a favor and book a session with Sydney ASAP! You won't regret it!

  • I have been regularly going to see Sydney for a little over a year and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health and wellness. I have had numerous massages from all sorts of spas and chiropractic offices over the years but no one even comes close to Sydney. She has intuition, talent and empathy that go above and beyond your average massage or body work session. I’m in my 40’s and I have gained mobilty in my arms, back and hips. Sydney helped me rehabilitate my shoulder after an injury that made me certain I would never be the same. I feel like I’ve gotten back years of my life. I thought pain was a normal part of the human experience but Sydney has shown me that simply isn’t true. I am so grateful to her.
